Get Vaccinated Before the School Year Starts

Teachers Health Trust is partnering with Albertsons Pharmacy to provide vaccinations just in time for the back-to-school season. Vaccinations are covered at 100% for THT members. Non-THT members are also welcome, but they should confirm their vaccination coverage with their insurance plan beforehand.

  • Insurance card (including Medicare Part D, if applicable)

New Hires (Coverage Effective September 1)

  • Valid photo ID
  • Completed and signed immunization consent form
  • Birth certificate or marriage certificate for any dependents receiving vaccines
