In a crisis and need to talk to a clinical professional now? These options are available 24/7 at no cost to THT members.
Did you know? THT members have no annual limits on therapy sessions. Additionally, there are three ways to have your therapy visits covered at 100%. When seeing a provider in the Health Investment Network or via MDLive, there is never a copay! Additionally, CCSD’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) covers 5 sessions per person per year at 100% with any in-network provider (subsequent sessions will have a $10 copay). To open an EAP case, call (702) 243-4682 (available 24/7) or open a case online (select “SHO” as the insurance type).
THT partners with specific providers who have committed to offering timely appointments for Teachers Health Trust members. Additionally, THT covers your standard copays when visiting these providers.
