Your dependent(s) aged 18-25 years old may be eligible for an individual plan at a low monthly cost, which could significantly reduce your THT premium!

Note: Removing your dependent is not mandatory, nor does this event serve as a notice for coverage termination. THT will not remove your dependent(s) unless you submit documentation to remove them or until they turn 26.

Teachers Health Trust members are invited to attend a 15-minute webinar at 6pm to learn about health plan options for 18-25-year-old dependents.
